I’m excited to share my approach as a practitioner of lymphatic drainage, cold water therapy, meditation, and breathwork, along with a qualification in children’s mental health. After years of experience working with women and my personal healing journey, I recognise that many of us face similar struggles and challenges. My goal is to provide fresh perspectives, insights along with practical tools for your overall well-being, encouraging curiosity and innovative thinking when traditional methods may not work or allign with you. I’ve learned that if we continue doing the same things, we’ll only get the same results, so making small changes is crucial.
I do not claim to cure any specific conditions, but offer techniques based on my experiences, research supported by science and training. Together, we can explore self-help strategies that empower you to take control of your health.
I believe in the body's natural ability to heal. My role is to provide practices that support your connection to your body, mind, and spirit. By fostering awareness and encouraging self-reflection, we can identify lifestyle choices that promote balance.
